Ciara currently teaches yoga to adults in Kilkenny city. During the summer, she teaches park yoga off the Bennettsbridge road and throughout most of the year, Ciara teaches yoga in a studio in Kilkenny city.

Ciara teaches hatha flow and yin yoga for all levels from beginner to intermediate. Ciara has taught kids yoga in primary schools in Kilkenny city and county. During Halloween every year, Ciara holds a Yoga and Art camp for kids in Kilkenny city.
