Yoga for kids
Ciara is a certified kids yoga teacher with Kidding Around Yoga -50hrs. She has taught kids yoga in primary schools in Kilkenny, at summer camps and she taught kids yoga at an after-school’s club.
Her yoga class for kids involve creative dance including yoga poses, yoga workshops, meditation, pranayama, art and craft, mindful movement, games, and mindfulness activities.
