Greeva Vasti
This is a special kind of therapy for the cervical or neck region of the spine. Suitable medicated oil is selected depending on the disease and it is kept over the cervical region for a period of 30 minutes.
This procedure does olation and sudation around the neck region simultaneously. Due to present day lifestyle which involves a lot of sitting positions and lack of body movements, problems of the spine, muscles and skeletal tissues of the neck and shoulders arise. Greeva Vasti addresses these issues effectively.
Greeva Vasti relieves the burden of stress and congestion in nerves, bones and muscles of the neck and shoulders and thus relaxing and rejuvenating them. It improves flexibility and circulation around the neck and shoulder region. Greeva Vasti gives relief from the following conditions: Cervical spondylosis, cervical spondylitis, cervical disc lesion, Vertigo Tingling, numbness of the hands, compression fractures, chronic pain in the neck region and frozen shoulder.
