This is a full body massage for a healthy person which is done on two positions where medicated oil is massaged all over the body.
It is a relaxing, refreshing massage that helps to take care of the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of the person while balancing the doshas. It provides nourishment for the whole body, promotes graceful ageing, lustrous hair, firm, strong limbs, it removes fatigue, induces sleep, provides resistance against disease and disharmony, improves complexion and luster of the skin, subsides ailments caused by vata and kapha dosha and it increases physical strength.
