Abhyangam
A full body massage where your body is wrapped in the finest quality warmed Ayurvedic oil, depending on the person's condition. Healing oils are used which are ethically sourced from traditional Ayurvedic herbalists based in Kerala, India.
This will be followed by smooth, gentle movements to rub the oil deeply into the body. Abhyanga is a nourishing massage, it pacifies all doshas, relieves fatigue, provides stamina and perfect sleep, enhances the complexion and the luster of the skin, increases physical strength and the tone of the body, promotes longevity and nourishes all parts of the body.
