Ayurvedic Foot Massage
This is a massage technique using Ayurvedic oils to massage the feet. It stimulates the reflex points on the feet representing various organs in the body helping improve their physiological function. It prevents and cures dryness, numbness, roughness, fatigue and cracking of heels. It strengthens walking and running, and it helps to promote a deeper sleep.
